Air Conditioning: while there is no central air conditioning, there are 1 portal AC unit in the top floor bedroom, a swamp cooler on the middle level living room. The downstairs is extremely cool during warmer weather. Portable fans are provided for extra air circulation. We want every stay to be a great one. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them during your stay. Refund requests related to concerns that were not reported promptly may not be eligible for consideration. 📌Please review and make sure you understand all House Rules before confirming your reservation. •Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. •The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests.
